To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
after your return approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card/Debit Card/ (or original method of payment)/we can request to you to share your account detail (Customer Name,Bank Branch name,Bank Name,Account Number,Ifsc code.) through our whatsApp Number: 9520-693-693.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Customers must know both side courier and Payment gateway Transaction charges will be charged as per below tariff:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Note:We at “KwidCarSolution” committed very less margin on every product, so on every return courier charges will be paid by customer if customer want to return pickup book by “KwidCarSolution” (if your city has return pickup booking facility) then we can adjust actual return courier charges from original product amount.
